About
Clear answers for the people problems keeping you stuck
I didn’t enter the world of people operations through a traditional corporate path. I found my way here through hands-on experience such as supervising teams, working in nonprofits, and taking on freelance projects where business owners needed practical, people-centered solutions.
Again and again, I saw the same thing: small businesses struggling to manage their teams. Mostly because they were stretched thin and unsure where to begin.
I’ve also seen what happens when there’s no structure, employees left without clear direction, potential wasted, and businesses paying for time that isn’t being used well. Those experiences made me think of the importance of a solid approach to people operations.
My academic background grounds the work I do. I hold an MBA and two bachelor’s degrees in Public Service & Public Policy and Family & Human Development, plus an Associate Professional in Human Resources certificate from HRCI. But just as important as the credentials is the heart behind it.
I’m passionate about people operations because I’ve seen the ripple effect. When your team is aligned, supported, and clear on expectations, your business thrives because your team feels that they have all the tools they need to succeed. When things feel disconnected or unclear, everything suffers.
I believe people management shouldn’t feel like a headache. It should bring clarity where there’s confusion, alignment where there’s tension, and strategy where there’s struggle.
I want to help your people strategy work for your business, not against it.
