Working Together: What to Expect
At Bloom Management Solutions, I believe that clarity and collaboration create the strongest partnerships. Whether you’re exploring HR support for the first time or just need extra hands on deck, here’s what the process looks like when we work together.
What Can HR Do for Your Business?
Human resources isn’t just paperwork — it’s the foundation of a high-functioning team. With the right HR support, you can:
- Build systems that save time and reduce stress
- Increase team performance through clear expectations
- Foster a stronger workplace culture
- Stay compliant and protected as you grow
- Focus on your vision while I handle the behind-the-scenes:
hiring, reference checks, background checks, onboarding, training, file management, employee culture strategies, benefits enrollment, and more.*
*Note: HR does not directly manage employees. Strong outcomes require support and partnership with direct management.
Why HR support is essential even in a small business?
Business owners wear many hats, but when HR gets pushed to the back burner, it can quietly erode workplace culture and lead to costly issues down the road. Here’s how HR support can help save you a headache:
Helps You Stay Legally Compliant
Even small businesses must follow labor laws. HR support helps you avoid costly mistakes by keeping your policies, hiring practices, and employee documentation in line with current regulations.
Builds a Strong Team Foundation
Hiring the right people, setting expectations, and creating a healthy work environment early on leads to better performance and lower turnover as your business grows.
Saves You Time and Stress
HR takes care of the behind-the-scenes essentials — onboarding, file management, policies, and more — so you can focus on growth and decision-making without burning out.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size businesses do you work with?
I primarily support small businesses, especially those with 1–30 employees. Whether you’re just getting started or expanding your team, I tailor HR support to meet your unique needs and stage of growth.
Do I need to hire you on a monthly retainer?
Nope! While ongoing partnerships are welcome, I also offer project-based support. If you need help with just one area—like onboarding, compliance, or creating an employee handbook—I’m happy to jump in for that.
I already have employees—can you still help?
Absolutely. Whether you have systems in place or none at all, I can assess your current processes, identify gaps, and help you streamline your operations to create a more organized and people-focused business.
I’m a small business without a formal HR department—why would I need outside HR support?
Many small businesses operate without formal HR processes until it becomes a problem. From hiring and onboarding to compliance and employee retention, having HR support early helps prevent costly mistakes, protects your business, and builds a healthier workplace culture. Think of it as a proactive investment, not just a safety net.
How involved do I need to be during the process?
My goal is to take HR tasks off your plate so you can focus on your business. That said, collaboration is key. I’ll need your insight into how you run things, your goals, and how involved you’d like to be. We’ll partner together—especially when it comes to employee management decisions, since HR supports but does not directly manage staff.
What if I only need help with one thing—like onboarding or writing policies?
That works perfectly. I offer à la carte services and project-based bundles, so you’re not locked into long-term contracts. Whether you need a one-time training module, a custom employee handbook, or a full setup from hire to onboarding, I’m happy to tailor the work to exactly what you need.
How does payment work?
Payments are based on project milestones to keep things manageable and fair. A 10% deposit is required upfront to begin work, and the remaining balance is split according to key project phases that we’ll outline together before starting.
